1. Eligibility for Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as you receive your goods. You can reach us by email at info@koreafillers.eu.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be honored if the product(s) are unopened, unused, and undamaged (including damage incurred during transit), unless the product is faulty.

3. ePrescription Orders

  • Korea Fillers provides the dispensing service for ePrescription orders. This policy does not cover returns from ePrescription orders due to liability issues associated with the dispensing of prescriptions by Korea Fillers. Please ensure that your prescriptions are written correctly, as we cannot accept returns for ePrescription orders.

4. Refusal of Delivery

  • If you refuse acceptance of delivery from the postal service, courier, border control, or customs, no refund will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.

5. Voucher Codes

  • Any voucher code issued by a Korea Fillers representative will be valid for 6 months. After this period, the voucher will be non-redeemable under any circumstances. The voucher code and its expiry date will be emailed to you, so please be mindful of the expiry date. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

6. Authorization for Returns

  • IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING A PRODUCT AND REQUEST A “CUSTOMER RETURNS FORM.” A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.

7. Refund Process

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to process in your bank account before contacting us.
  • Refunds can only be processed once the goods are delivered safely back to our warehouse. As soon as your goods are received, you will be refunded within 24 hours. We cannot refund for delayed orders still in transit.

8. Customs Fees and Charges

  • Please note: You are responsible for all customs fees and charges.

9. International Returns

  • For parcels denied entry by customs or returned to us, the customer will be charged the delivery fee and a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund when the goods arrive back at our warehouse (amount may vary).

10. Short-Dated Stock

  • Any short-dated stock purchased from our "special offers" section is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. This means no refund or voucher code will be honored, even if returned within our 5-day policy.

11. No Exchanges

  • We do not offer free exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, your order will need to be refunded or you will receive a voucher code to place a new order.

12. Cold Chain Items

  • We do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless they are faulty upon delivery.

13. Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be sent via email to info@koreafillers.eu to ensure they are traceable. No refund requests can be accepted via phone, live chat, or website inquiry.

14. Contact Period

  • You have 14 days to contact us from the day your parcel is shipped (this includes weekends). This period starts from the dispatch date, not the delivery date.
